Mr. Faizel Noor, founding Director, leads Bredfort Enterprises with a vision for local empowerment in the diamond sector.
Our leadership is strengthened by global expertise, including Mr. Alayof Benzion, a descendant of a distinguished Israeli diamond family. His generational knowledge and innovative approach ensure our graduates merge traditional craftsmanship with modern precision.
In 2025, Mr. Avi Davit joined as an active stakeholder, a prominent European businessman in information commerce and real estate development, bringing innovation, strategic growth, and international investment.
Together, this leadership team combines local passion, generational expertise, and global investment vision to secure Botswana’s position as the leading regional hub for diamond beneficiation.
